Terms of service

Last updated October 23, 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Josh Finnie, an individual based in North Carolina, who operates NoShowFixer. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use NoShowFixer.

You must be at least 18 and using NoShowFixer for your own practice or business.

What NoShowFixer does

NoShowFixer reads the calendar you connect, emails your clients reminders that they can confirm or cancel, and shows you the result. It is in early access: it is free for now, and features may change. Before any paid plan applies to you, we will tell you the price in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.

Your responsibilities

  • Only add clients who have agreed to receive appointment reminders from you by email.
  • Keep your calendar and client details accurate.
  • Keep access to your email account secure, since that is how you sign in.
  • Don’t use NoShowFixer to send marketing, spam, or anything unlawful.

Your data

You own your calendar data and your client information. You let us use it only to run NoShowFixer for you, as described in the privacy policy.

Deposits and payments

If you add a deposit link, NoShowFixer only includes it in your reminders. Any payment happens between you and your client through the provider you chose, and we are not part of that transaction.

No guarantees

We work hard to send every reminder on time, but email can be delayed, filtered as spam, or not delivered, and calendars can fail to sync. NoShowFixer is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that clients will see reminders, answer them, or show up.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed appointments, lost income, or any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.

Ending things

You can stop using NoShowFixer at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@noshowfixer.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people’s email at risk, for example by causing many bounces or spam complaints.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email you before it takes effect. Questions about these terms go to hello@noshowfixer.com.
